 An opening video conference with Neuriel and Neelie, joined by all registered retreat guests. This gathering offers an opportunity to connect, share personal aspirations for the retreat, participate in a mindfulness meditation led by Neuriel, and review important logistical details to ensure a seamless experience.  

DURING

 Guests will enjoy the freedom to shape their own experience at the wellness center. A property professional will meet with you to share personalized options and recommendations, ensuring your stay reflects your individual goals. In addition, Neuriel and Neelie will host optional shared experiences at select times throughout the retreat. We warmly encourage participation in these communal moments, as they add richness and depth to the overall journey. 

AFTER

 A closing video conference with Neuriel and Neelie, together with all registered retreat guests. This gathering will be a space to reflect on the retreat experience, share personal insights, participate in a mindfulness meditation led by Neuriel, and explore upcoming opportunities with Shore Wellness One.
